A blend of seven salts that includes coastal Maine sea salt, Bali Taksu flake salt, Alaea volcanic red sea salt, Kilauea black sea salt, Kala Namak rock salt, Halen Mon Gold flake salt, and Himalayan pink coarse rock salt, as well as Tellicherry and dried green peppercorns and a bit of pure cane sugar for seasoning. This salt blend is recommended for beef, fish or vegetables. Also delicious sprinkled on fresh popcorn and topped with grated Parmesan. Jars contain 2.5 oz.
