The meat loaf pan, measuring 10" x 5" x 3", comes with a perforated insert so that excess fat released from the meat during baking time settles on the bottom of the pan.
All USA Pan bakeware is constructed from heavy gauge aluminized steel and features a unique fluted surface that adds strength and facilitates air circulation for even baking. Each pan is coated with clear, non-stick, environmentally friendly silicone that is specially formulated for baking. The meat loaf pan, and all USA Pan bakeware,is PTFE and PFOA-free.
