The Traditional Carver is a 14" x 20" solid maple carving board with grooves routed into the board's surface to form a "well and tree". These grooves gently slope to direct the meat/poultry juices into the wide, deep well where they can easily be spooned out for use in gravies, sauces, and au jus. Perfect for that fine roast or turkey. This carving board does not have spikes, as shown in the image.
