The cheese slicer, by Westmark of Germany, will slice cheese of any thickness, depending upon the angle it is held. Made from high quality cast aluminum with a special food-safe coating, the slicer has an interchangeable stainless steel wire (with two replacement wires) and a heavy duty plastic handle. The slicing wire is 4" in width, and the slicer (including handle) is 6-1/2" in length. Boxed.
