Use this egg slicer once and you'll never go back to slicing eggs by hand. The duplex egg slicer by Westmark will slice eggs in either of two shapes. Place the egg lengthwise on the bed and it will be sliced into ovals. Place the egg across and it will be sliced into rounds. To make egg salad, slice the egg one way and then the other.

The coated cast aluminum frame of the slicer gives it weight and support while the stainless steel wires slice the egg. The egg slicer measures 3" x 5-1/4". Boxed.
