Our four-sided box grater features four different stainless steel surfaces: fine, medium, coarse, and a slicer. The grater has a 10-cup capacity grater and a 3-1/2 cup capacity catcher, which can be used (with the lid) for storage. A non-slip rubber base provides stability while grating. The box grater is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing.
