This curved fish mold is made of solid copper with an interior lining of nickel. It holds 8 oz. and measures 9" x 4". Hang it on the kitchen wall as decoration. It is coated with a protective lacquer to retard tarnishing so no polishing is required. The curved fish can be used to mold aspics and fish mousses. Should you want to use the mold in the oven, the lacquer coating must be removed (directions are included) after which the mold loves to be polished to keep its luster and warm beauty.
