The Le Creuset Traditional Fondue is made of enameled cast iron in the same fashion as their renown cookware. By virtue of the properties of enameled cast iron, it is well suited to the requirements of cheese, meat, fish, vegetable, or dessert fondues. The pot has good, even heat absorption and distribution and, once hot, will retain heat extremely well, which is ideal to being kept warm over a gentle flame.
Included in the Traditional Fondue is a 1-3/4 qt. fondue pot (available in the colors indicated), stand, burner, and six forks. Boxed.
