The Mini Cocotte is a 1/3 qt. capacity oven that can serve a multitude of purposes, from melting butter, serving warm dips, salsas, or nuts -- to soups and individual souffles. With a tight-fitting lid (for sealing in flavor and moisture), this mini pot, made of enameled cast iron, can perform every bit as well as its big brother (the round French oven) in the oven, broiler, or on the stovetop on all heat sources.
