The vented multi-pot is crafted of the finest 18/10 stainless steel with a brushed satin exterior finish. A layer of aluminum is sandwiched between two layers of stainless in the base of the pot, ensuring even and rapid heat conduction. Great for smaller portions of soups or sauces or to mix and pour pancake batter or omelettes. The glass lid can be turned to create a seal so that no steam escapes. Or, it can be adjusted to drain pasta and vegetables through the 3mm and 6mm strainer holes built into the lid. The straining multi pot holds 9 cups. Boxed.
