Since 1840 Peugeot has been a manufacturer of the finest pepper and salt mills. The "Vendome" Chilli Pepper Mill is the latest addition to the line of grinders, combining wood stains of either natural beechwood or chocolate, with acrylic and stainless in a 5-1/2" mill. A patented pre-chopping system especially for dehydrated chili peppers provides increased resistance to corrosion.

To fill the mill unscrew the knob, remove the top, fill with dried red chilli peppers, and screw the top back on. Turn the knob counter clockwise to grind more coarsely and clockwise to grind more finely. It is recommended that the "Vendome" Chilli Pepper Mill live in a dry place away from humid conditions and not be used for chili paste or fresh chillis. Peugeot offers a full warranty on its mechanism.
