From Peugeot comes another mill equipped with the famous Peugeot grinding mechanism. Standing 5-1/2" (14 cm) tall, the Zephir has a clean, thickset appearance that gives it a no-nonsense bearing. The soft-touch casing and simplicity of its appearance translate to its comfort and ease of use.

To prepare your Zephir, you'll need two things: peppercorns and four AAA batteries (both are included with purchase). To fill, simply remove the motor block (upper compartment) and fill the acrylic mid-section with peppercorns. Install the batteries in the motor block and replace. Adjust the grind (fine to coarse) by turning the small wheel located on the bottom of the mill. Now get ready for freshly ground pepper!
