Joining the three most popular and versatile knives in Messermeister's cutlery line -- the 8" chef knife, 6" utility slicing knife, and the 3-1/2" spear point paring knife -- is the 8" Kullenschiff carving knife. This knife has Kullens (or hollows) ground into each side of the blade that are designed to eliminate surface tension and facilitate a more efficient cutting motion. All are part of the San Moritz collection by Messermeister and feature the "Elite" edge, the sharpest forged knife available on the market. These knives are crafted from an alloy of metals designed to increase hardness, resist corrosion, and prevent brittleness. With a blade tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 56, they are properly balanced and ready to last a lifetime.

Packaged in a gift box, each knife is etched with the La Belle Cuisine-Fine Cookware logo, our seal of approval. After use, the knives should be hand-washed and dried. Never put in the dishwasher!
