The set features an 8" chef's knife and a 3-1/2" paring knife. Both are fully forged, crafted from a single blank of steel. The comfortable, ergonomic handle is molded to the full tang, which extends through the handle. The seamless passover from the wide blade to the contoured handle features a bolsterless edge, allowing the blade to be sharpened its entire length.
