A unique fat separator that not only blocks fat from entering gravy, but strains liquid of unwanted food particles as well. Liquids enter the container through the heat-resistant strainer that catches food bits. With the lid in closed position, the hole at the base of the spout is blocked, keeping liquid in the bowl of the cup while fat separates from the gravy.
