The newest chopper in the Kuhn Rikon line of kitchen tools is the Twist & Chop. With a few quick flicks of the wrist, onions, olives, garlic, shallots -- you name it -- is reduced to a fine chop. Multiple gears inside the lid increase the cutting force, as very sharp double blades chop in both directions. The clear bowl on the bottom shows the size of the contents being chopped. Then, transfer your ingredients to the second bowl for storage. Hands are kept safe....countertops clean. Great for chopping hot peppers. Dishwasher safe on top rack. Available with red top.
