La Forme Plus is the new premium line of baking pans from Kaiser. With a leak-proof and cut-resistant base, foods can be cut and served right on the base they were baked on. The pans are PTFE and PFOA-free and constructed of commercial weight steel, almost three times thicker than other bakeware. This weight allows for even baking in a shorter bake time and even browning. The sides are separate from the bottom of the pan for easy removal.
