A heart bundform pan is the newest addition to the line of bakeware from Kaiser of Germany. The KaiserCast heart pan features cast aluminum construction with a two-layer non-stick surface for quick release of your baked goods every time. Never any need to dust the pan with flour. Hint: To promote even, crusty baking, brush the pan with a very thin layer of butter prior to use. Cleanup is easy with warm, soapy water and a soft dishcloth
