Peugeot pepper mills and salt mills are so easy to use. To fill the mill, remove the metal nut, lift off the wooden cap, load up with Tellicherry or Malabar peppercorns or sea salt. Replace the top and turn the nut tight for a fine grind, or leave it loose for a coarse grind. Standing 9" tall, "Hostellerie" is available in either natural beechwood or a chocolate stain. How to tell the difference between the pepper and the salt mill? The pepper mill's nut is silver; the salt mill's is brass.
