Creme brulee is all the rage, and these elegant baking dishes with the pleated sides are the perfect size. The dish is available in round (5" by 1" deep) or oval (5-1/2" x 1" deep) shaped for baking the custard dessert with the glass surface of caramelized sugar.

Being made of highly fired porcelain, these baking dishes are very versatile. Use them in the oven, the microwave or under the broiler. Use them for baking shirred eggs, seafood au gratin, coquille St. Jacques, individual oval quiches and tarts, potato au gratin, individual clafoutis and frittatas.
