We have oval and round creme brulee dishes...and now hearts! They measure 5" across the top of the heart and are 1" deep. Because they are made of porcelain, they are ovenproof and microwave proof. Other uses besides the favorite creme brulee: individual quiches and tarts and clafoutis and for anything else you wish to put in the oven. Minimum quantity is a set of 24 dishes.
