The beauty and functionality of this copper saute pan turn ordinary cooking into an art form. Tin lined on the interior by hand and with a highly polished exterior, it is ideal for a quick vegetable saute. Its generous depth (3") provides ample capacity for preparing roasts, game hens, fish, you name it. The saute pan is crafted of 2 to 3.5 mm thick copper, which makes it considerably heavy, and is available in 24cm (9-1/2") or 28cm (11") width. The cast-iron handle is securely affixed by copper rivets.
One of copper's best qualities is that it heats up and cools down quickly, giving you complete control over your cooking. Heat conduction is always uniform (moderate, never high heat!)
