No trees were cut in the production of this au jus cutting board, just sustainable bamboo. Measuring 17" x 15", the solid bamboo cutting board features a "flavor savor" canal where juices from meat collect during carving. For individual portions, the au jus can be spooned back onto the meat, maximizing flavor. Or, au jus can be poured directly from the canal into the gravy pan.

The board is equipped with two adjustable rubber feet so that it can be leveled and stabilized according to the amount of juices released. An 11-1/2" solid bamboo spoon for basting is included.
