New from Borner comes the Combi-Chef, a grater-slicer combination that slices, juliennes, curls, and grates, giving your fruits and vegetables a professional look. The Combi-Chef has a unique patented "catch-all" bowl inside of the grater that fits all four sides. Sliced food is collected in the bowl, leaving your countertop clean. The non-skid bottom allows you to hold the slicer in place at an angle that is comfortable for you. Once slicing is completed, slide the generously sized bowl from the bottom.

The Combi-Chef includes a safety holder that protects fingers while grating. Metal prongs pierce the food and allow you to glide it along the blade with very little effort.

This grating tower stands 10" high and is 5" in width. A blade guard that ensures blade protection and safe storage slides on the tower when it is not in use. Boxed.
