The Asparagus Peeler is a tool that will peel away the tough, woody fibers from asparagus stalks. Made by Solingen, Germany by Messermeister, the peeler features an adjustable 4" stainless steel blade that allows you to select the depth of the cut and how much to remove.

The Asparagus Peeler is also useful for removing citrus rind and the outter skins of fruits and vegetables. Hand washing is recommended.
