Our benriner makes slicing fruits and vegetables easy. Light weight (made of heavy duty plastic) and portable, it allows you to adjust slicing thickness by loosening the tightening knob, adjusting the thickness plane, and retightening the knobs. Suitable for slicing any fruit and vegetable, large or small, as thin as .3 mm. The benriner comes with three interchangeable blades and measures 12-1/2" x 3-1/2".
