The VacuVin Wine Saver preserves your wine after you open it. The wine saver is a vacuum pump which extracts the air from an opened bottle and reseals it with a reusable rubber stopper. A great tool if you want just one glass of wine with dinner and worry that the wine is oxidizing before you are able to finish it.

After you have uncorked the wine, insert a wine server crystal into the neck of the bottle for a dripless pour. Once the wine is poured, remove the server, insert a stopper, and use the pump to remove any air inside the bottle that causes the wine to deteriorate. You will hear a "click" when the air has been removed. Then refrigerate the bottle. When you are ready to pour another glass, simply squeeze the sides of the stopper to release the vacuum, remove the stopper and pour. This item is especially wonderful if you like having choices of several different kinds of wine available.
