It features a unique textured surface that not only adds strength but facilates air circulation for even baking. The clear silicone coating gives the sheet pan its non-stick, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly qualities. Made from 65% recycled steel, the pan will withstand oven temperatures up to 450 degrees. Available in dimensions of 13" x 18" or 10" x 15", the pan should be used with only silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils, and should be hand washed.
