When reading Proust's "Rememberances of Things Past," one must be sure to nibble on madeleines, French tea cookies made in these scallop-shaped molds. We offer two sizes in original tinned steel or non-stick coating. The mini-madeleines are just one bite size, and the mold has 20 cookie depressions. The standard sized madeleines are good for a couple of bites, and the pan has 12 cookie depressions.
